Visiting Lifetree Church
So, you’re considering attending Lifetree. Perhaps you’re wondering what the first visit will be like? Where will you park; who will you meet; where will you sit; what will the service include? We’d like to ease some of your concerns. Here’s what you can look forward to:
You Arrive: Pulling onto 500 River Road, you’ll see a round, coral-colored building, located in an expansive grassy field. Welcome to Lifetree Church. Take your time, look around and locate that perfect parking spot. Parking attendants are waiting to serve you.
You Enter : Go ahead, take a step inside Lifetree. You’ll find our friendly welcome greeters at the door and the welcome center—speaking of the welcome center, we encourage you to stop by and pick up a welcome packet. If you have children, our welcome team will assist you in finding the correct check in station. There, you can sign your children into the BLAST Zone. They’ll be safe and have fun, we promise. Once the kids are in class, grab a worship folder as you enter the sanctuary and select a seat—balcony or floor seating is available. Ushers are on hand to assist with any needs you may have.
You Worship : It’s 9:30 a.m., and service begins. Enjoy yourself. Sing, pray, raise your hands or just soak it all in. We encourage you to worship in a manner that suits you best. During this block we’ll not only worship, but also take an offering and share together in prayer. As our guest, please don’t feel obligated to give your first time. The length of our service varies, but is generally 90 minutes in length.
You Listen : Following our main prayer time, grab your Bible (they’re located in the pews) and the sermon outline, located on the back of your worship folder. The message promises to be biblically grounded and delivered in a way that’s relevant and applicable to all ages and walks of life.
You Respond : We believe in prayer at Lifetree. That’s why we offer an opportunity for response at the end of each message. An altar call is given, inviting anyone who feels the prodding of God to come and pray. The altar is a place where all concerns, prayer requests and praises can be brought. The opportunity to confess sin and find mercy and grace through repentance is also available. One of our trained prayer counselors will be there to pray with you, if you so desire.
We Follow-Up : When it’s all said and done, our goal is to contact you the next week. We want to connect with and minister to you in a way that’s effective and applicable to your life needs. We pray you’ll decide to return and make Lifetree your church home. We believe there’s a place for everyone.
